It was very homely and the staff were very welcoming. We love the quietness of the area and the walks. The food in the pub/restaurant was excellent and the regulars were also very friendly.

A lovely peaceful place to stay. Very much appreciated the little extras of chilled water, milk and croissant. The bed is super comfy, and the rooms tastefully decorated - clean, bright, and with access onto the beautiful garden. I particularly enjoyed the use of the patio to enjoy my morning coffee. 100% recommend Field View for a quiet get-away from it all!

To be in Jeremy and Matt’s house is like a full spoil. You have everything from tidiness, cleanliness, cosmetics, toiletries, space, a lot of space, comfort, games, safe, iron board with iron, desk, internet, Tv, everything and anything you can think about it you are offered. Kindness and welcoming is the first thing you receive when you step in even if you look like a lost bird (my case after driving half a day and working the other half 😂 )

Early start so did not want any breakfast. They gave the choice of paying without breakfast which was brilliant.

We loved our stay here! Small pub serving super yummy food at a reasonable price. We all enjoyed our dinner and breakfasts! Brilliant atmosphere! Friendly, welcoming staff. Our family room was a decent size with two single beds and a double bed. Tea and coffee facilities, water, and biscuits in the room. Toiletries also provided. Great location for walks and exploring the local area. We stayed here visiting family and would definitely book here again on our next visit.
