Everything about the property was exceptional! The room was so lovely, clean and modern. We were told to help ourselves to snacks in the kitchen which was lovely. The bed was so comfy and the shower was amazing. We definitely did not want to leave. The location was perfect for what we needed. If we are ever back we will definitely be staying again here.

Really great place to stay. Very comfortable room with spacious bathroom and excellent breakfast. Debbie made us feel welcome and we appreciated the extra touches such as cake on arrival, whisky nightcap and bath robes provided. Good location for visiting the Falkirk Wheel, the Kelpies, Stirling or Edinburgh. Also good central location if you need to have a break when travelling. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice large cottage with individual rooms. Private bathroom and tea/coffee facilities. Additionally, there is a pleasant common reading room at the back of the cottage. Whilst on a busy road, we did not hear any noise from our room towards the rear of the cottage. There is a very nice pub 4 minutes up the road which does a variety of pub food. The facilities matched the price.

Lindsay is the kindest host I’ve ever met!! She’s always so warm and ensure that we feel comfortable staying in her place. She made us hot tea when we arrived late at night. Our bedroom is warm, clean and cozy, the breakfast was great as well- cereals, bread, egg, etc. She even suggests us which place is best to visit in Edinburgh! We don’t even feel like I’m staying in an accommodation. Feels like home🥰
