We love everything about the place. As you’re reaching the area, you’ll be welcomed by the breathtaking scenic view of the mountains, which makes you wonder if dragons once lived here.  The room is well equipped with a good selection of tea bags, chocolates, and coffees. It’s clean, has good lighting, and is well ventilated. The mattress is comfortable to sleep on.  This is a special place for us both because I proposed to my fiancé by the lakeside on the property. The staff are amazing as they are thoughtful and tentative to our needs, and they have been supportive and helped me with the details before the proposal. I am overjoyed when we are engaged and the staff make us feel like a part of the family who celebrates our love together. We are already thinking of returning to the place in the future.

It's a lovely and cosy place. The location of the guesthouse is great too, just 10 minutes (or less) to the city centre. Adam and Joanne are exceptional. They are also very responsive to my requests, and I'm really grateful for that.

How we where made to feel at home as soon as we checked in. Our room was perfectly made and the room was at a good temperature. We have food and drinks in the Tanronnen inn and the service was fantastic our server went above and beyond. After a good nights sleep some fresh coffee from the coffee maker and a hot shower we ventured for breakfast which was included at the sister hotel just over the bridge. This was perfectly served and filled us for a day of walking. We will be back again soon!

Everything was great: the host, Richard, was very welcoming and responded quickly to all messages, the location was very convenient - right next to the railway station and a shop working long hours, and the room itself had everything you might need for a comfortable stay, even the heater and extra blankets for cold weather. Would definitely stay at Isallt again if I'm ever in the area. Thank you, Richard & Team!
