Greeted by very friendly staff in the tearoom. The tearoom has a great menu and delicious food and where you eat breakfast. We were shown out room.which was well appointed, bright and modern. The bathroom.was spotless and bright. Local information available in the room It was warm and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice . Perfect

Extremely friendly and cosy B&B just 2 min walk from the heart of Llangollen. Spacious room and lovely shower. Huge bath towels too! TV/internet all worked fine. Complimentary tea/coffee in room. Room 1 was lovely, spotless, comfortable and a great view. Food was very good both breakfast and evening meal. Staff were amazing nothing was to much trouble. A really friendly pub. Log fire perfect for a cold night. Really enjoyable.

The room was beautifully kept and warm and comfortable. It had a stunning modern bathroom, soft bed and was clean and bright with ample storage and drink facilities. I would definitely use them again.
