Beautiful place the Nest is. It’s set in lovely area near Newry. We got a warm welcome with scones and water and jam and butter chilling in the fridge, we loved how well the nest is decorated and it had everything we needed for are stay we definitely recommend and will be back.

John and Anne were friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. The room itself had everything you needed, towels were changed half way through the stay, everything was kept topped up for us. Bed was the comfiest I’ve slept on for a long time. Cracking view too! If we returned again we wouldn’t hesitate to book a stay at the Sands. Thanks again and all the best.

Beautiful house with lots of character. Lovely spacious bedroom and comfortable lounge. Great breakfast with fresh local ingredients. Great location right on waterfront road (gorgeous views across the loch) easy to walk to village for cafe/restaurant and unique park walks such as Fairy Glen and Narnia walks also. Room was beautiful, comfortable and breakfast available for purchase was really nice, and generous too.
