Charming property, close to Warminster which is what I wanted. Excellent parking with picturesque grounds. The room I had was huge with everything needed for a pleasant stay. I only used the restaurant once, the food was delicious.

Had an absolutely super stay, owners & all staff so friendly who could not do enough for you. 😊 So welcoming & made to feel very at home to the point you do not want to leave! 😉 Fantastic breakfast, certainly the best I have ever experienced. Before dragging ourselves away had a coffee & sat & chilled out in their lovely garden. We will certainly return. Highly recommend a stay here. Thank you so very much guys 😘 xxx

Clive is an exceptional host, very kind and helpful. His place is lovely, we had a very pleasant experience. The bed is very comfortable, sheets are very clean and the room smelled of fresh flowers. The breakfast was great and we had the opportunity to try his great blueberry muffins and chat a bit with him, who's also very polite, kind and interesting. I strongly recommend his place. We have stayed here a couple of times before. The location is ideal for visiting Bradford on Avon and the surrounding area. Dick and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
