One of the best places I have stayed. Very comfortable environment, clean rooms, hospitable host, best wine and delicious breakfast. A very lovely yard that makes you feel like you are in your own village and a terrace where you can enjoy wine in the evening and coffee in the morning. A good place to experience Georgia and Kakheti

To sum it up - I've travelled to over 50 countries and this may be my top accomodation that I've ever stayed at. The space was exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Couldn't fault the room and we really enjoyed sitting out on the terrace in the evening. It was close to all attractions within Telavi. Ira (the host) was kind and helpful, she helped organise activities and made my birthday extremely special as she organised a cake and small present. Its an experience I will remember for a long time. The food was delightful, each breakfast felt like a home cooked meal. I'd also really recommend her khinkali! Overall, couldn't fault it and would recommend this to anyone. We will definitely be coming back to stay if we're ever in the region again.

Owners were absolutely lovely. It was quiet and calm, the yard and the room with the fireplace were beautiful and it was nice to just sit and relax and read books. I took a tour from them as well. I went to two vineyards.

We were able to park right outside the hotel door and had easy access to the town and restaurant nearby. Excellent mountain view from the room. Hot water is available in the kitchen area for coffee making and Giorgi the host lives on site and is always available with a phone call.

This guesthouse was one of our stops during our road trip through Georgia, and although we faced some unexpected situations during our stay, we truly appreciated the way the hosts handled everything with care, generosity, and professionalism. The family who runs the place is warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making their guests feel welcome. We were greeted with a glass of the owner’s own organic wine — a delicious and personal gesture — and had the pleasure of taking a bottle home with us, which made our experience even more special. The room we stayed in was spacious and beautiful, just as described. The entire property was clean and well maintained, with a lovely terrace and a peaceful patio that offered a perfect space to unwind. The location is also great, with easy access and private parking — a huge plus when traveling by car.
