I have never stayed in an apartment as lovely as this. Mary & Michael were the most amazing hosts you could ever come across. They made this stay so special & magical. The view is unbelievable and the energy of this place is like non other. I gained so much more than just a stay here. I met two people that changed my outlook on every day life. The hospitality that they offered me was like non other and their little piece of paradise will remain in my mind for ever.

lovely, safe neighbourhood opposite the park. ideal for female travellers. two minutes walk to shops, supermarket and restaurants. ten minutes walk to Tsamakia beach. clean, lovely flat. washing machine and toaster was a plus. The owner answers questions immediately. I would stay here again.

StiLiana is one of Mitilini’s grand old mansions that has recently been set up as a boutique hotel. It’s a beautiful, stately home, filled with stunning original furniture and decor. It’s a fascinating insight into the history of Mitilini. It’s positioned opposite the marina, so you look onto the water from the front bedrooms and balconies and get lovely sea breezes too. Beds and pillows are also comfy. It’s an easy walk to the centre, approx 10-15 mins. & about a 5 min drive to the beach below the castle, plus there are lots of swimming spots with clear water back towards the airport and beyond. The staff are super friendly and helpful with local advice. Mitilini itself was a great surprise, it’s vibrant and there’s lots of meandering streets with cool bars and cafes. We were one of the first customers at the hotel and will definitely be back.

My stay at this hotel was delightful! The atmosphere was peaceful and tranquil. The manager, Kostas, was incredibly warm and kind. He offered me the breakfast for example although it was not included. If I return to Mitilini, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again. I recommend it!! It is close to the center, to the beaches/restaurants/bars/bakery/cafés, etc. It is located in a quiet street. The balcony was a plus for the sunny days!
