Rocael was an expectational staff, made sure everything was okay, helped me with storage. This is probably the best hostel of Panajachel, highly recommend this place!

We had the most amazing stay at the beautiful Nuevo Sol in San Juan. The room was very tidy and clean, the bed was great, the garden was a beautiful oasis of tranquillity and flowers, and the communal kitchen was greatly equipped. Most of all, our hosts Feliciana and Carolina were some of the kindest people we met on our journey. They immediately made us feel at home and answered all our questions about the town and restaurants. Muchas gracias!

The owners are very nice and helpful. I had a pleasant nice time there 🙂 The room was big, the bed was comfortable, and there was a nice big shower with hot water. Beautiful view of the lake and of the mountains from the window and balcony 🙂

I never walked into a guest house where it felt such like home immediately. Mostly thanks to the warm, friendly and helpful staff. Besides that the guesthouse has a cozy living and dining room and a kitchen with everything you need. I wish I could have stayed longer, but will definitely try to come back one day. Beautiful accomodation with a rooftop view of Lake Atitlan. In a quiet neighborhood but a short walk to shops and restaurants. The hosts were very helpful and showed us many room options, helped with laundry and making sure our stay was comfortable. Amazing value for money and the paintings in the rooms and common areas are absolutely beautiful!
