This villa is definitely a must stay when you are in Bali! Don't miss it! I was first amazed by my room on ground flour which, on top, had a view to the villa's pool. The room was very clean & luxurious, with big windows looking to nature and palms. The service was by far outstanding: I once wanted to buy some fruits, texted the owner if he can recommend me some nearby stores, but within minutes a friend of his came to take my order and go buying the stuff I wanted to have! No words for that! The breakfast was also lovely and very delicious! Definitely recommend this place if you want to take a break of the busy cities throughout Bali!

Cempaka was a really nice experience for us. It is situated slightly north of the busy center of Ubud, making it a great base for sightseeing. The room was stylish & cozy, and the view on the swimming pool was nice. The swimming pool itself was lovely too! A great place to come back to after a day trip or activity in Ubud center. The laundry service exceeded all expectations and the driver they recommended was really nice as well. We asked a lot of questions and learnt a lot during the drive. Pak Kadek was a splendid host. He was very considerate and helpful with all the questions we had. We had the luck that a special ceremony was taking place in the nearby temple while we were there. Pak Kadek brought us along and guided us through the experience and Ibu Niwayan made sure we dressed respectable & traditional. We feel very lucky and grateful for that experience and their hospitality. This place is definitely recommended! Lastly: ask accommodations and drivers directly instead of through platforms if you can. A driver can recommend an accommodation and vice versa. It makes a big difference for them and their community.

I loved the villa, it’s even better than you see in the photos, it’s practically new, it hasn’t been more than three months and it has incredible views, in addition to having very good restaurants and spa around the area, they have excellent customer service and help you with everything, they even rent the motorcycle right there, very good food, they also have varied options for breakfast, I would definitely come back highly recommended.

Loved the value, the property was small and felt very intimate, like it was all ours. Even when you would see the other people in their own little houses, we felt very seccluded and that we had the whole space to ourselves. Love the pool, even when it was raining. The place is new and clean, the bath is a-ma-zing. Even the gecko noises at night were endearing. lol

Very nice and clean room. Tulus made us feel like our house with many useful information he provided. He arranged a motorbike for us very quick after we checked in. We were in contact via what’s up for everything we needed during our staying. While walking towards rooms you are passing through some local resident houses but they are very friendly.
