Location, Staff behavior good. Food was good too. TV channels selections. Owner is trustworthy and they are good people. In short our stay was good. I will revisit this hotel hopefully they could work on improvements in some basic things.

Ajay is nothing short of a great human being. As it was our first time in Delhi, he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and provided us loads recommendations of what to do in the city. Eleven is a great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still a short distance from some famous monuments (i.e. Humayuns Tomb). I would not stay anywhere else next time I'm here. Do yourself a favor and stay here instead of a hotel - you will never get this kind of thoughtfulness and consideration at a hotel stay!

A quiet, very elegant boutique hotel with great atmosphere, friendly professional staff and lovely clean rooms. All in the middle of a busy and vibrant bazaar in Delhi. Best of both worlds! And last but not least, part money goes to charity project for shelter and education of homeless children. Also, part staf hotel are former homeless children.

Neem Havali is a lovingly restored 19th centuray Old Dehli Havali (family mansion with courtyard) right in the middle (and I mean middle) of Old Delhi, right in the middle of the crazyness of the bustling little alley's, it is a oasis of calm in this cultural hotspot. It is the creation of Mr. Atul Khanna who has also converted a second havali across the road into a museum called Kathika Cultural Community Centre. If you love something different, are a little adventurous, and want an authentic experience. I cannot recommend this place enough. It is a short walk from Dehli Metro or Charwi Bazaar - but you've got to have your whits about you to navigate the alleys, or a local Tuk Tuk, should be able to navigate to Kathika (as this name is more well known)

I booked a room to see how it was, and ended up staying a week. The place is very nice, the staff is super helpful, and the rooms are clean. Every time I had a problem, the staff helped me a lot. The rooms are new, so it is a nice experience
