The host Theresa was so kind. In spite of the fact we come early in the morning 3:30. She waited for us, got us inside and later at 10:00 we were invited to delicious 🥞 breakfast. She was also very kind and gave me a tramp to railway station to airport to pick up a rental car.. Very appreciate Theresa and recomend to visit the place.

Instead of staying in Milano, this guest house is a good option regarding the price and location. It’s close to the airport MXP and Milano city center. The room is very comfortable. Mattress is really good. The owner said they used the same type at home. The owner family is very friendly and helpful. Since I had problems with my feet, she drove me to the train station. There’s a Chinese restaurant downstairs and food is good and cheap. I didn’t experience heavy smell from the kitchen in my room. They even provided two bottles of water, toothbrush and toothpaste in the room.

We stayed in the ground floor, the room is exactly like the photo shown. It’s clean, fully equipped. The room has air conditioner. Location is wonderful. Everything is short walking distance only, such as supermarket, bakery, coffee bar, ice cream …etc. Also private parking inside the house.

What a gem! Amazing location, right at the central square of town but in a lovely quiet backyard. Rooms are excellent - spacious, comfortable, clean, have everything that's needed and more... The shared kitchen is well equipped and the owner is absolutely charming! The hotel is superb for airport access (8 minutes walk to the station + 8 minute train to the airport!) or to enjoy the town itself!

The rooms were superbly appointed, attractive and clean and our hostess was really helpful and friendly. There was a good stock of items for breakfast, including fresh fruit, and water bottles were provided daily. Since the breakfast items were in your room or labelled for you in the refrigerator, you could organise your own breakfast time and place, allowing for a more private experience. The courtyard had a lot of character.
