We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. Everything had a warm, family-like atmosphere. The house and the outdoor area were exceptional—beautifully maintained and truly top-notch. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The location is excellent, with easy access to the airport. The host of the property was the most welcome and helpful from all who can come across my memory. Kind, caring and attentive! I felt like I was coming home. If you have a late arrival, or early morning flight it is absolutely must to stay away from crowded Rome and relax in the quiet city of Ciampino. In the property there are plenty of options to have cup of coffee or tea. They even have a milk in the fridge) There are supermarket, few restaurants and some small lovely stores within two-three-five minutes from the property. Rome is easily can be reached by train(15 min). Train station is 5 minutes walking distance from Plaza Rooms.

Very clean with plenty of towels. Bed comfortable and host Giulio very helpful booking taxi and arranging for my return trip with prompt responses to my request and helpful arrangements for access. We used this apartment for overnight before early morning flight from Ciampino airport. The apartment is conveniently located near Ciampino train station, yet is silent and no train noises reach the apartment. The apartment is fresh, perfectly clean, well equipped. All amenities and essentials are available. Coffee, tea, snacks, light breakfast is available as well. The host is extremely helpful and caring! Absolutely perfect apartment , reliable host. 100% recommend.
