Absolutely wonderful ( silver srvice!) Breakfast! The very large appartment was stunning and although next to a road, once through the gates this was forgotten - very peaceful and also surrounded by beautiful gardens. Our host was absolutely charming and very helpful. We could not have hoped for a better place to stay after a long journey!

Recently renovated room, clean and comfy with a nice bathroom. Public parking is literally under the window. The staff was super helpful, spoke perfect English, and the check-in experience was spotless. For the price, this is unbeatable.

Breakfast each morning was a real treat, featuring a lovely selection of traditional ham and cheese, fresh fruit, yoghurts, pastries, and sweets – all thoughtfully presented and delicious. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, going out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay feel special. The location is ideal if you're attending events at Villa Manin, which is just a short distance away. We only wish we had more time to explore the area – it’s definitely a place we’d love to return to!

Everything was great! It's the 3rd or 4th time I stayed at this location. Very convenient for transit, as it is very close to the highway. Parking in the yard, great breakfast. The host very nice and gentle every time. The room has air conditioning, very important in Italy in the summer as it gets really hot. A great yard when you can enjoy the outdoors. Highly recommend it!

The host was really nice, very polite. Some furniture is antique, very valuable carved wood (more than a hundred years old). The parking place is private in the yard, in the front of the house.
