The property is really nice - looks like an events venue, has a lovely restaurant, and is in a quiet place, surrounded by greenery. ( only 15 mins away from beautiful Modena, by car). The rooms are quite large, newly decorated, and have a very relaxing feel to them. Everything was spotless, and smelled very good - a lot of attention to toiletries. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise - has everything for everyone. All in all, money well spent in this gem of a place, I am actually considering returning for a longer stay.

Paolo, the owner is one of the most kind and attentive hosts you will find in all of Italy! We were so happy we chose the B&B for our stay in Modena, it was close to downtown, yet far enough away to stay in a quiet area. Breakfast is wonderful with lots of choices, and our room was lovely with a comfortable bed, and pillows for a good nights rest. The B&B is well cared for, the grounds are lovely, and there's parking under cover. Paolo, will help you make any kind of wonderful experiences you can dream of in the Modena area. His wife and daughter teach a wonderful pasta making class, that includes a multi course dinner, be sure to book the class if you can. there's a wonderful restaurant close walking distance for dinner, if you don't want to go into town. Thank you, so incredibly much for Everything Paolo!
