We had a lovely stay at this place. The room was great, and the staff were very kind and helpful. They refreshed the coffee and water daily, and assisted us whenever we needed anything. The neighborhood is charming, with many nice spots by the canal—peaceful, yet within walking distance of the city center. There were some mosquitoes, which is typical for Venice, so we recommend bringing a repellent or electric device to keep them away . Overall, a great experience!

Great location, nearby P.le Roma ( bus to airport or Cortina or Treviso) and Train station St Lucia. 15-20 min to San Marco by foot. Very quiet area despite of central location. Super nice and elegant owner Romano. Special Venetian atmosphere created by small details and Romano himself. Delicious breakfast ordered by menu. First it was confusing but then you realize how it works. The room was very warm and you can regulate the heating! there is a tea kettle and a bottle of water as well as fridge. the bed sheets are crystal white. super nice experience!

This is an exceptional place if you want to visit Venice. The hotel is located very close to Mestre train station with frequent and inexpensive trains and buses to Venice Santa Lucia. The buidling is located on a very calm street in safe area, you don't feel that you are close to Venice or busy Mestre, it's so relaxing. Our room was very nice, spacious with big bathroom, and charming balcony. Everything was very clean, beds were very comfy. The breakfast was very good and staff very attentive and helpful. An absolute gem!
