The owner, Mr. Roberto greeted us on our arrival and showed us to the apartment which is brand new, well maintained and very cozy and comfortable to be in. There is also a parking place in front of the building, within the yard, so one does not need to worry about the vehicle. The apartment features absolutely everything you may need for your stay in Udine: fridge, hair dryer, water kettle, Smart TV, towels, etc. Great value for money. Thank you Roberto!

What a special place! Beautifully renovated, with a tasteful eye for elegant design mixed with the history of the building. We had a great room with a very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Everyone is freshly renovated and spotless. Nice breakfast with fresh fruit, cookies and cakes, prosciutto, and eggs on request. The tiny town of Fagagna is beautiful. We had an excellent dinner at the restaurant run by the same people, San Michele. Perfect for a special night!

Beautiful property, very comfortable, set in a stunning location. Gorgeous room, comfortable bed, generous bathrooms, dining room. Romina is wonderful, she makes you feel so welcome and is very friendly and kind. Breakfast was amazing also, with our vegetarian diet, it just kept coming. Loved every minute of our stay.
