The Terre Rosse couple are very friendly and helpful! The property is beautiful, the room was very comfortable (especially the bed, one of the best I've ever slept in). Everything is very clean and fragrant, a mini bar is fully stocked and reasonably priced, delicious bathroom amenities made with olive oil, the heater works perfectly, free parking (including space for an electric car), an absurd silence and peace on the property! It's less than a 5-minute drive from Cascate del Mulino, they also rent bikes for those who don't want to drive! Breakfast full of homemade and delicious foods. A perfect place in Saturnia!

It was such an amazing experience! The place is beautiful, very well cared for, and has a beautiful view. The ambience of the place, in and out of the building, definitely matched the surrounding area. The room was extremely clean. It smelled like freshly cleaned towels and was spacious and well equipped. There was a viewpoint, literally steps away from the room's entrance. The hotsprings are not far away, and there are restaurants nearby as well. The breakfast was delicious, a great selection of sweet and salty italian breakfast and you can buy some of the things that you have in the breakfast like the a few types of typical italian biscuits, homemade jams... they also sell great wines from the region. The staff and host were such friendly people, so positive and attentive. It was such a pleasant experience, and we will definitely come back here!

We visited Casale Giacomini for 12 nights. 23.08. - 04.09.2025) The house is beautiful and cozy. Maura and Giancarlo are very nice and friendly. Although we don't speak italian we managed to communicate with each other. Our room was nice and always super clean. The breakfast was delicious and we were always in good company with the sweet cats and Rocco the dog. The Garden is wonderful and we loved to sit somewhere and watch the nature and the wild deers around. Also Casale Giacomini has a beautiful view over Manciano. The Jacuzzi was a highlight too. We would love to come back again. We had a very good time here. Grazie mille e tanti auguri Sarah & Richard

OMG! What a find. I didn’t expect such a high level of room standard and terrace. This place blew me away. We tried to book extra nights once there as it’s unbelievably stunning, but it was fully booked out. The room is outstanding. Simply gorgeous. Every little thing thought through. Gorgeous furnishings. Huge terrace to sip on wine and snack on Italian things. So comfortable. This place is a real find.
