A great place to stay in Bolzano. The location is on a quiet street and we got the room with an outdoor balcony to the courtyard and a lovely French balcony as well. The interior of the room is modern and clean. Our host Manuel is very friendly and always helpful, and the communications went all smoothly. Would for sure recommend this place.

Everything! The attention to detail covers every level here. From the rapid response to communication, to the arrival, the whole building is exceptional. Extremely nicely designed hotel! You can feel that the owners have put a lot of effort (and money) to make the place special. The interior design is very innovative as well as respecting the local landscape and traditions. The team is young, motivated and very friendly. The breakfast was local and healthy. The hotel is a must if you visit the wine region in South Tyrol!

Excellent location just above the lake with some great restaurant options without going into Kaltern. Wonderful views of the surrounding mountains from the garden and breakfast terrace. Very relaxed hosts. Super breakfast. The whole area exceeded our expectations. Wine, alpine walking via free funicular, swimming, restaurants, lively and beautiful town. We wish we’d stayed a few more days.
