We got an upgrade to the junior suite and the room was gorgeous! It was spacious, nicely decorated and super clean. They even have a private pier for gondola ride right outside our room. The hotel staff Enrico was extremely nice and helpful. He gave us accurate recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in Venice. He even arranged a private gondola ride for us and it was amazing! Our stay in this hotel was the highlight of our trip and is the best stay throughout our 2 weeks travel in Europe.

The hotel was beautifully designed. We felt like we had stepped into a museum with all the best-quality Venetian tapestries and glass chandeliers. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, they made us feel at home. The location was also excellent, it was walking distance to most attractions, it was near a water bus stop, and surrounded by local art galleries and stores. I would recommend this to anyone who’s looking for an intimate, boutique hospitality at the heart of Venice :)

The host Mark was very attentive and met all our expectations. Wr booked the boat tour as well Communication was easy, code shared upfront with late check in. Super clean, new room, no noise from outside at all, good shower and also soap etc available. Would go there again. Situated close to Rialto bridge.

The location is perfect, it's a 10 minute walk to almost every major attraction. The room was clean and comfortable. Our host Giacomo was amazing, he texted us the day before with photos of the building so it was really easy to find and later sent us some great restaurant recommendations. We had trouble with our bus being late and had to change the time of our check-in and he was incredibly patient and helpful.
