We had a wonderful time at the accommodation. The location is perfect (very central). Everything was clean and cozy, we had everything that we needed. Mr Harukawa is an exceptional host, who will go out of his way to make your journey as easy as possible. He speaks perfect English. He is also a certified tour guide should you need one. Higashiosaka is a lovely neighborhood 1 h from the city center, if you need good value for money and like to have a base away from the bustle book here :)
