B&Bs in Fox Glacier

Despite the rainy days upon our arrival in town, the warm welcome from the host made us feel right at home. We thoroughly enjoyed their homemade breakfast, with the homebaked lemon muffins being a standout. Our conversation with Trish & Collin was delightful, and both of them proved to be lovely and kind hosts.

Our cabin were lovely and comfortable, the kitchen was well set with all the necessary things we need. We were very happy to playing and petting with Lucky-the sheep.

This is our highlight of the southern island trip and we really enjoyed our stay at Holly homestead! Franz Josef weather didn't treat us well however we felt right at home at the place, the service, breakfast and room , facility, views, are better than 5 star hotel we stayed in other cities. It's only a short stroll to the city centre and you will have access to many good restaurants, supermarket, Bernie was so kind to us to offer all the hiking trails, snacks and even did laundry for me after the 6 hours hiking in the rain.. we will definitely want to go back and stay - 100% recommended. Thanks again for having us.
