The place was warm and inviting. The owner was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed that the place had a very homely feel to it while still being very modern and chic. It was close to the town centre. The place was very noise proof. We enjoyed arriving to the smell of fresh bread and tomatoes. All in all, would definitely stay again.

Rene was an amazing host. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and made with local ingredients. It is close to the main wine district (how we came across the property) but is worth just staying there. The property is serene with farm animals, groves, beautiful landscaping, and bird song. The room was large and comfortable with a private bath and patio. The place was also stylish and well decorated. We would love to stay here again the next time we visit NZ and would definitely recommend to friends and family if they plan a future trip there as well.

We enjoyed the atmosphere of the home with large rooms reminiscent of the period of the house, made more enjoyable by the warm and inviting hosts. We would highly recommend them and would definitely return for another holiday in that area.
