Very clean property, nice area with easy access to nearby restaurants and bars. This would make for a great base for someone looking to spend most of their time outside and just wants somewhere to sleep and relax for the evening.

The location is perfect. Centrally located to old town, the boardwalk by the water and the cable car if you want to go uptown. The hotel feels more like a comfy and cozy home rather than your typical hotel. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The host Veronica was so welcoming and very informative about the hotel and area. She made us feel at home.

A great host! I was kind of lost trying to reach the destination and she kindly cale to look for me by car! Proprety is extremely clean and tidy and the room was perfectly preparednto welcome a guest with clean towels and water. I like to walk so it took me 45-50 min to funchal but regular buses go through the area. With multiple restaurat choices around. But again a great host!
