A beautifully restored old building retaining many old features alongside modern features and furniture. Private parking, gym and pool were excellent. Very comfortable. Staff very pleasant and accommodating.

Incredible view over the valley and the river! Also, Manuelas cooking was excellent. The Spa was also fully functional except for the Turkish bath and very nice.

The couple who run this B&B were absolutely amazing, they made our stay feel like we were staying with old friends. It was a last minute booking, but they greeted us with open arms and they made us a delicious evening meal. The room was very comfortable and warm. The views of the countryside were outstanding and seeing the local workers tend the grape vines in the morning gave justice to this rural hotel…It’s a real gem.

Charming, small, family-run accommodation in the center of the old town of Torre de Moncorvo. Very well-kept and clean rooms with tasteful furnishings and attention to detail. The small garden with pool is beautifully landscaped and also very well maintained. Suzanna and Andres are very friendly and warm hosts. The breakfast deserves five stars. One evening, they cooked for us because there were no recommended restaurants open in the area. It was the best dinner of our week-long trip. The wine selection is also remarkable.

The Quinta is situated in a quiet spot, yet close to the Ecopista do Sabor, ie. the hiking and bicycly path that runs through the valley for 35 kilometres. This makes the Quinta an exceptional place if you want to explore the surroundings. Angelo and his family are very hospitable. We could use their bikes, and in the morning the even had fresh cake for us. Very lovely hosts! The room was very good as well: a comfortable bed, the bathroom had all the toiletries you need, and there was a coffee maker, microwave and some bread so you could have a good breakfast.
