The owners just recently bought this property and were getting it ready for tourists. They are very friendly people, offering me a welcome drink upon arrival and having a nice chat in the evening. They also upgraded my room free of charge. The rooms are a bit smaller, but comfortable and clean. The breakfast was also great, much better than in many similar places I've been before.

Second time in this property, satisfied again. Family-run hotel with very friendly and helpful hosts. They really like and respect their guests. The place is clean, warm and comfortable. Very tasty dinner and breakfast. The ski lift is at 5 minutes by car. I can recommend this property without any doubt.

Everything was exceptional from the moment we stepped into the villa. Mr. Bratislav is a man with a very good soul who gives anything to make his guests to feel extraordinary. Hospitality is at a completely different level. The food is extraordinary! Clean rooms! Very kind and attentive staff to all the needs of tourists. Very clean, tidy and practical apartment. Great for 2/3 people, has everything you can imagine and the best is that it’s very close to the slopes. For the price its’s offered, definitely the best find in Kopaonik.
