Beautiful little accomodation, amazing people, near a breathtaking beach. Check in was fast and smooth, room was clean and tidy. Big bathroom. Little lizzards came to visit us one evening, I was a bit scared 😀 Great breakfast included in the price, there was a good selection of fresh fruits, toasts, eggs, sausage, cheese, spreads and also Thai breakfasts that were different each day. There is also small shop to buy water and/Or snacks. You can get your loundry washed for 70 baht/kg and rent a scooter for 250 baht/day. Their restaurant was amazing, we tried chicken pad thai and chicken with cashew nuts and both were absolutely amazing! We would definitely come back here, thank you again for a great hospitality 💜

This is the perfect location to be in the center of the island! However you will have to have a motorcycle to get around. Nothing is walkable in the island. The breakfast had the essentials and was included in the price. One nice thing is that the family also have a car so they can pick you up - they give us a fair price to drop us on the pier. The staff was lovely even if they do not speak english very well sometimes. The have laundry too for a fare price. The room was basic but confortable and clean. The garden and breakfast area was lovely and rustic. The rent motorcycle for a fare price too.

Fabulous place to stay, I’ve been coming back now for over 7 years, and have seen the hard work and dedication that Jay the owner has put into the place. The rooms are huge and immaculately clean, Netflix Tv if you do fancy a night in. Lovely peaceful location amongst swaying palms trees. Beaches & restaurants are close by and easily accessible by motorbike, which you can rent on site and are all super safe and new. Highly recommend.

Lady at the reception was really helpful and friendly. Easy scooter rent, easy check in, everything worked. I had the cheapest bungalow, and it wasn’t luxury, but everything you need for sleeping & showering. Clean everywhere. I would stay again! This place is amazing 🤩 The staff are really nice and they clean every day. We rented a scooter with them and it was perfect. You have good WiFi, hot water, water to drink, coffee, tea, cacao, a fridge you can use and kitchen utensils if you need. The tent is big and comfy. The only thing is the noise and that depends on your neighbours who sometimes seem to forget that you can hear them pretty good as it's a tent... But anyway it's a really good quality for the price. We definitely recommend it !

This is a very quiet peaceful place (as advertised). Local fishing village good for a sundown drink with lots going on and very authentic. Food is very cheap and tasty at the restaurant but could do with more variety. Able to rent a scooter straight away, which you definitely need to explore the island. Takes about 20 mins to get to the other side where there are some of the most beautiful beaches and and great places to eat.

Amazing location with one of the most helpful and lovely hosts I have ever met ! Glamping tents directly at the beach. Nice quiet place to relax. Great Snorkeling Sites nearby and white sandy beach. Gratis Kayaking and SUP. Awesome sea food and fresh fruit cocktails.

Dara Homestay is absolutely lovely, well maintained and clean. It is a place with character and soul which makes it stand out from other places and resorts on the island. Ruben and Som are great hosts. They are kind, attentive and always happy to help with anything you may need. They have workout and fitness area which we absolutely loved. The cafe is also fantastic and a great place to chill with a coffee and a book. Lovely staff. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommend.
