We really enjoyed our stay and stayed much longer than we planned to. Very friendly staff, old but nice rooms with a couch, TV, a comfortable bed, a fridge and a kettle. Every day we got two water bottles, coffee and toilet paper. They put it on the table in front of the room, so they don't disturbe you when you sleep longer. When we wanted the room to be cleaned, we put the sign out and it was always clean when we came back, even in the afternoon. Every day you can get a towel for the pool, which is small but also really nice when it's hot. Thank you very much, we had a good time.

Everything you need in the rooms is there (air conditioning, TV, wifi and more). Shared terrace with pool (which we loved). And most importantly Friendly pet (our cat really enjoyed staying there). Very convenient location (big shops: Big C, Lotus's, beaches, Thepprasit Road Nightmarket and much more is quite close). Walking distance to various restaurants, 7-11 and a small market with everything you need, as well as a coffee shop (with very good coffee). Good location with easy access to 10B trucks. There are food choices right outside the apartment, and a 7-Eleven less than 5min away. Short trip whether you want to go to Jomtien or Pattaya city. The staff is friendly, service minded and speaks English well. Spacious room. We were 5 people. (2 adults 3 children) The room had 2 bedrooms with each their own air-condition that worked well. The living room was equipped with a large ceiling fan that was able to keep the room comfortable on its own. I highly recommend staying here.

The accommodation was exceptionally clean and well presented. We could not fault the staff, they were attentive and pleasant. The breakfast is a set menu and arrives at your breakfast table promptly when you sit down. After explaining I was gluten free (definitely need to use translator app) I was shown photographs of what I would like for my breakfast and was given a wonderful meal of salad and boiled eggs each day. If you have dietary requirements I would suggest that you let them know the day before, they are more than happy to oblige. The only drawback is if you do not have a motor bike, which you can hire from the accommodation, you will have to walk to the pier (about 10 minutes) where you can catch the baht bus to the beaches. There are several restaurants in close walking distance if you are walking. Definitely would stay again.
