Grear location, nicely furnished and decorated, very friendly and profesionl host. Just few tips - provide a coffee spoon in the room as well as powdered milk. Make sure the terasse door also opens from outside.

We loved our stay at Dar Hkaiem - a very unique, charming, little guesthouse - centered around the most beautiful courtyard - and with a super nice and fun host with so much passion for his place. Toutou served delicious breakfasts and let us try tunesian specialities ;-) We loved all the small chats with him now and then, and we could always reach him and he could help with anything. There was a great guest kitchen - and everything was clean. This is one of the best places we have ever stayed, and we also really enjoyed that it was in a local neighbourhood with friendly and welcoming people :-) The cookies with our names on were simply extraordinary :-) :-) So cute.

This is an extraordinary little gem in the middle of the Medina in Sousse. Beautifully restored house with incredible focus on details. The rooms are stunning with wonderful bathrooms. Khaled is super easy to communicate with and Mouna makes you feel at home instantly and prepares a great breakfast.

Great!! Really recommend it, it was very pleasant and easy to check in. Location is great, you never really get lost since it is in the corner of the medina, just follow the city wall 😄 The breakfast varies depending on the day but always very filling and good. We could leave the bags almost all day after the check-out (for free of course). You also have a terrace where you can rest and get a bit of sun. Thank you so much! Aychek!

Amazing interior decoration! Amazing rooms and roof top to spend quiet time or meet other travellers. Amazing food! Amazing location in the lovely old medina. Amazing personnel! Hanen quickly responded to my messages and helped out when needed. Multitalented Sana was there at all times, from early morning to late at night. Made my stay most memorable with her bright smile, large caring heart and most of all her fabulous cooking. Loved every minute of my 3 days stay 🥰

Very clean and nice spacious room. The service was excellent especially the home-made breakfast each morning which we would look forward to. You could tell the breakfast was made with a lot of care and passion from the staff. The property is about 10 minute walk from the Ribat and maybe 15 minute walk from the Monastir marina area. The housekeeping staff were quick and thorough. The upstairs area and pool was great for relaxing. If we ever return to Monastir, we would stay here again.

Great apartment. Very handy having a washing machine. The host was super friendly and walked us to the ATM as we didn't have enough cash. He pointed things out along the way with very good English. A nice easy walk to the nearby shops and restaurants and the fort and beach.
