The hotel is very clean, including carpeting and bedding in rooms. The personnel is outstandingly helpful and hospitable. Breakfast was tasty, food was of good quality. Our room was overlooking a busy street, but the windows did a good job of blocking the noise. We didn't hear the noise from other rooms either. The rooms were designated as non-smoking ones and there was really no smell of cigarettes anywhere. AC was also working well. Pedestrian streets with all the shops are right around the corner, so the location was great for exploring the city. Public transport is also nearby (we arrived on tram).
