Great man at the reception. We had a small problem with a painted chair. Finding a solution was really good. Mistakes happen, so no worries. I would always join this hotel. Summary: Very friendly staff and a good breakfast

The history of the property and the location are just brilliant. Our room was number 4, lovely and clean, spacious and with modern amenities but steeped in original history. The self check-in and check out was really smooth and easy. I’d definitely recommend this place to anybody visiting Williams.
