Grace at The Bay is a lovely little guest house. There are four private rooms with baths and one shared kitchen. It's a large and spacious guest house. It has a garage to park your car or you can park outside with the safety of a gated garden. The rooms and kitchen were clean and there was a washing machine and dryer to do laundry, which I appreciated after traveling for many days. The owner/manager is super friendly and willing to answer any questions.

This was one of our favorite places along the way. It felt very homie and safe. Louis picked us up from our safari and communication about everything was super smooth. We loved the cuddles from the dog and our cute chats with the kids. Letti is the loveliest and she had us set up in the morning for breakfast in the garden. I would definitely recommend this place! Also for solo female travellers who are just looking for a cute place to stay that feels safe and with a private pool.

Herman is another great host we met during our SA trip. He gave us a surprise by upgraded our room to the master suite within the house after he learnt that we are coming for our honeymoon! We got a unblocked sea harbor view and a jet bathtub! check in is super flexible as well. He even recommended a nice dinner place and place a reservation for us too! We regretted for staying just 1 night in Mossel bay! Definitely will return to Herman's place in future!

The Host Shirley was quite warm, welcoming and helpful. She specially arranged vegetarian breakfast for us. She also helped us with the nearby attractions and restaurants. The room was clean, had all the required amenities in the room and the bath tub was excellent. Overall the stay was great value for money. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay in Mossel Bay at this hotel, which is from 1903. The hotel has many old treasures that make it very special. The cellar bar is amazing, with a gre at choice of drinks in a cozy atmosphere. We also enjoyed the social room with a billiard table, a nice place to relax. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was a bit too soft for me, but this is just my opinion, and others may find it comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I recommend this hotel in Mossel Bay!
