We checked in quickly and without any problems after 6 PM. The quality of the furniture, appliances, and bathroom fixtures in the room was excellent — much better than what we usually see in similar places. There are two spacious shared kitchens (one inside and one outside), fully equipped with everything needed, which was very convenient. The outdoor area is beautiful: quiet, full of greenery, with lawns, a garden, benches, tables, and even gazebos where it’s very pleasant to sit in the shade or enjoy breakfast. There are also barbecue facilities in the yard, which is a great addition. The location is close enough to Lake Sevan to reach it on foot, and the Norashen Reserve is also nearby, but it’s best visited by car.

Moreni Guest House is a recently renovated guest house in Gavarr, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. The property has mountain and garden views.

I enjoyed the stay very much. Throughout the whole stay from the arrival until the departure, I felt very welcome. The guest family even invited me to eat dinner with them, I enjoyed the time with them a lot. All in all, it was a perfect stay. It's only a pity that I only stayed one night ;) If you are in the area, you have to stay at Moreni Guest House.

The Forgotten Kingdom is situated in Lchashen and offers a bar. The guest house features garden views, a terrace, and free WiFi is available throughout the property.

This is a great family accommodation where the owners love the local history and archeology that goes back 5 thousand years. They prepared a great dinner and breakfast for us and ať the evening we had a nice time and talk together. I think this place will show you the real Armenia. This was the best accommodation during the time we were in Armenia.

I feel extremely happy to be in this location. It’s absolutely uniq in its atmosphere and idea. Certainly, it’s the great job of housekeepers - Satenik and her family, and also of all those people, who had donated for that. The silence tourism, the being alone with nature and yourself, the domestic food, the warmest people in the world I Ve ever met - the armenian people - and beside that the very comfortable house, high standard of quality and hospitality - all this is the success key. Love you, miss you, I do plan my next visit already.

A friend and I were cycling and we were surprised by rain. We spontaneously booked as it was the closest place to where we were stranded.Seva picked us up together with the bikes and gave us the warm welcome we really needed. It's a nice and calm place, close to nature and we really loved our time there! Seva is a great host!
