Only 400 metres away from the centre of Kaprun, Pension Patricia was completely renovated in December 2016, offers free WiFi and free parking in a quiet location. It is only a 10-minute bus ride to the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier and Zell am See ski areas. Great location, in a quiet alley near the center of Kaprun. My room had views of both the green Kaprun fields and the Top Of Salzburg peak, which was stunning. The lady at the breakfast was very kind and attentive. The owner is a pleasant person and was always there during the morning times and gave us some useful tips. There are enough parking spaces available at the property and on the street and the Summer Card is a huge plus.

The hotel has a warm and comfy vibe, and everything was super clean. The staff was so friendly and made us feel right at home. I would like to specially thank Barbara, who was incredibly kind and made a delicious dinner for me and my kids when we got there late at night and kitchen wasn’t already working. It made us feel so happy and thankful. The breakfast was authentic with local products and very delicious.

The units are equipped with heating facilities. Visited as a surprise gift for my girlfriend. We celebrated her birthday sooner, as she leaves abroad for longer time. It was a perfect stay. Staff was extremely friendly and prepared a celebration gift for us in a form of prosecco. Extremely nice gesture that was nicely appreciated. The hotel itself is cozy, only few floors with a decent amount of rooms. The breakfast is small but it is sufficient and included fresh herbal teas, jams and fresh honeycomb that you could just take and eat (Awesome). Hotel also has a wellness area with steam room, relaxation room, sauna and outdoor natural pool. It was exactly what you expect from the place after a whole day of hiking in the nearby mountains. What we loved the most is the spectacular view from the room, which overlooked the valley. That was something we have never seen before and we already visited a fair amount of 4-5 star hotels around Austria. I would recommend this hotel for everyone who is on a lookout for a cozy small hotel with friendly staff and wants to feel the calmness of the Alps.

With garden views, this accommodation provides a balcony. The guest house has a sauna and luggage storage space. Me and my daughter have spent amazing week in Embach. It´s in beautiful area, max 1 hour driving distance from all the amazing places all around in Salzburgerland. We had comfortable apartment, we slept like babies there. Be prepared for absolutely delicious home food, especially soups were so yummy! The area is just stunning, amazing nature and very nice people.
