We were there for the FIS Alpine masters finals with award presentation at the gondola area, all a few minute walk. Schladming/Planai is less than 10 minute drive. All ski areas in Schladming can be accessed skiing from area to area during winter however April 24 was a warmer winter with beautiful green valley floor with some areas already shut down, but skiing in the mountains was great. Free parking was great.
