The Hotel Föhrenhof is situated in a peaceful area on the edge of a forest in Farchant, just 3 km from the Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The sun terrace and garden offer a beautiful view of the Zugspitz and Wetterstein mountains. Lovely staff. We had a warm welcome in the early afternoon with a Schnitzel sandwich. Room was extremely spacious and had a lovely view on the mountains. Beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean. The breakfast was great as well: eggs, yoghurt, quark and many different kinds of bread, fruit, meat and vegetables.

For guests with children, the bed and breakfast offers outdoor play equipment. A ski equipment rental service, ski-to-door access and a ski pass sales point are all featured at Bergkristall B&B, and guests can go skiing in the surroundings. Beautiful place in a cute village. Close to a lot of popular attractions. It is a family run business and we felt very welcome. The hostess is knowledgeable about the restaurants and mountains in the area. Great location, great breakfast, great hospitality.

It is located 500 metres from Museum Aschenbrenner and provides a housekeeping service. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. This guesthouse is just steps from the main street with shopping and restaurants, yet very quiet and offers great mountain views from the comfortable rooms. There is also a popular coffee shop just around the corner. There is ample parking and Garmisch-Partenkirchen train station is 25 minutes away. There is also a bus stop close to the guesthouse. All staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. We were given a welcome drink and a delicious freshly cooked breakfast.
