Very warm and welcoming. Rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was great.

But the most remarkable for me was the kindness of the hosts, we had very interesting conversations and felt like at home. On top of that they can help you to arrange wonderful game drive activities and others. Without any doubt I would recommend the stay in POVI holiday home.

Accommodation was comfortable and had everything necessary for self-catering. Lovely patio to relax on and beautiful gardens. Safe parking.

Ich war zum zweiten Mal in dieser Unterkunft, nachdem sie mir vor zwei Jahren schon sehr gefallen hat. Preislich sehr günstig und für den Preis ist die Unterkunft weit, weit über dem, was man erwarten könnte. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und man kann ein leckeres warmes Mittag- oder Abendessen für rund € 7,00 dazu bestellen! Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Das Old House mit Blick auf den Fluss Chobe liegt in Kasane. Es bietet einen Außenpool, einen Garten und ein Restaurant. Such a nice place at an affordable price, comfortable beds, restaurant where you can watch birds and in the evening a warthog comes by, good breakfast and own pier at the river where the sunset boat cruise start, very convenient for travelers not on an organized tour. It's also very close to the center/shopping mall, where you can buy whatever you need and also change money (in front of the mall is a bank). For solo travellers going to Maun on bus, there is only 1 direct connection overnight. For day connection you have to change in Natta but it's a safe connection (long but with local fun).

I enjoyed my stay. The guesthouse is in between Kasane and Kazungula, but it was easy to grab a taxi for 8 pula to get into town. There are taxis constantly going back and forth between the two towns. The location was quiet and peaceful. The hosts were gracious and kind.
