What is there not to like? The place looks like it just sprang out from a fairy-tale book; it is perfectly located; every tiny little detail is taken care of and yet it remains homely. The owners are charming and go out of their way to assist. We could not dine there because, silly me, I did not read till the end of the confirmation email, which specified that advanced booking was required for the restaurant. And so we missed out on a gourmet dinner. So, future guests, do read the email till the end.

The service was impeccable; the room immaculate and comfortable. Really enjoyed breakfast in the lovely dining room. It reminded me a bit of my childhood with the blue plates and other touches of home on the wall and hearth. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our night, the view was amazing. We had an incredible sunset. There is everything you need in the camping car and the owner was really nice.

All guest rooms include a wardrobe. Stayed two nights. Beautiful Inn, Alexander Graham Bell National Historic Site is a must. Uisge Bàn Falls Provincial Park close by and a great hike. We also went to The Baddeck Gathering Ceilidh to enjoy traditional Cape Breton fiddle music, song and dance.

An American breakfast is available at the inn. Located on the edge of town, however Chéticamp is such a long spread out town it doesn’t matter. Lovely basic room, very comfortable, very much appreciated small assortment of chocolate and sweets to welcome us. Nice kitchenette. Best breakfast that we had on our trip. Great find.
