We were there to do the w-trek in national park torres del paine. Because we had to take the bus before the official breakfast time, we could have our breakfast earlier. In addition it was possible to leave our normal suitcase there. They where quit big (23 kg), but that was not a problem at all.

The dorm beds are extremely comfortable. You get a towel, earplugs and a candy. Showers are excellent. At some night the host invited everyone spontaneously for a pizza and beer night. It's really impressive how much character they've managed to pack into this house, with several nice common areas that allow you to relax and get some light even when it rains. Breakfast was very nice, too. The shower was hot and good, the bed was comfortable, and the heating worked perfectly well - what more could one ask for after a few rough days at the Torres del Paine park? They also offer packed breakfast for those who are going to the park in the early morning hours.

Hernan went above and beyond to accommodate us after a delayed ferry due to poor weather! He was very responsive and sent us information prior to arrival and during the stay! Extremely family friendly! He even brought us fresh laid eggs! Highly recommend and will return!
