It is a very beautiful environment with a lot of flowers. Very quiet. Good breakfast with a variety of foods. Francisco is very nice. He picked/dropped us in the airport for free.

When my Uber dropped me off here, he said that I would enjoy the neighborhood since it was safe and quiet. He was right! The moment I walked in I felt like I was in a sanctuary. This is one of the best hostels that I have stayed in this month. The kitchen is well appointed and the vibe is immaculate! If you stay here, use the space they have set aside for meditation. Brilliant!

I think it is one of my all-time favorites accommodations I’ve ever stayed in! The location is central, but very peaceful. The hosts are incredible people and I already miss the amazing breakfast food. I was so sad to leave at the end. Please choose Hostal Makohe, you won’t regret it!

Amazing views over the sea and city in very spacious rooms (with a terrace), extremely friendly persons managing the B&B helping in everything and giving tips about what to do/see (including the choice of a very interesting guide to see the city), with parking, and very flexible. Great value for money.

Casa Calafornia was wonderful from the start with a very warm welcome from Cata! Lovely accomodation and great location around the corner from the main area. Cata was very helpful offering tips and advice for seeing Valpariso. She also kindly organised a taxi to get back to the bus station. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Fortunata Chacana Guest House ligt in Valparaíso, op 15 minuten lopen van Playa San Mateo en 12 km van Busterminal Viña del Mar. Such a stunning building , and so well designed inside. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Bed and room were very spacious and comfy. The breakfast was superb, a real highlight of our trip and so beautifully served. We loved our stay here and will definitely come back one day.
