Beds are comfy and there is a coffee machine with coffee capsules which they fill up every day. There is no tea kettle, but it's possible to ask to borrow one. The parking is steep, but possible to park a wide and low clearance car (BMW Z4) without a hassle.

The property is a few steps from the city centre and 400 metres from Calahonda Beach. New, modern, simple and very clean room and bathroom, with air-conditioner. Extremely cost-effective and in a great location about a 7-minute walk to the Balcon de Europa. Staff was helpful and kind. We were able to store luggages for a few hours there after we checked out.
