The breakfast was fine and plentiful. They didn't have any eggs in the breakfast buffet but I'm sure the host would have prepared them for us if we had asked. Everything was fresh and tasty.

Nur einen 10-minütigen Spaziergang vom Zentrum von Bordeaux und einen 5-minütigen Spaziergang von einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle entfernt erwartet Sie das Bordeaux Cosy B&B mit einem Außenpool, einem... Wir waren sehr überrascht von dem was uns erwartet hat. Eine überaus charmante Inhaberin mit einer angenehmen persönlichen Note. Überaus freundlich und informativ. Die Zimmer waren liebevoll ausgestattet. Das Frühstück mit eine überaus französischen Darbietung und großzügig. Das Auto hatte in der zugehörigen Garage einen sicheren Platz. Der Fußweg ins Zentrum dauerte ca. 20 Minuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Von der in Saint-Émilion gelegenen Unterkunft Château Vieux Clos Saint Émilion aus erreichen Sie innerhalb von 36 km Pont Jacques Chaban-Delmas und innerhalb von 36 km La Cité du Vin. Wow! Amazing B&B in the vineyards. Beautiful large room. Wonderful host. Great breakfast. Highly recommend!

This is a lovely little hotel. It has two rooms. We stayed with our one year old and five year old. Florence, the host, was so welcoming and had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and fun. The kids had their own box of toys to play with in the shade while we all had free drinks on arrival. The room was great, stylish and good quality fittings in the bedroom and bathroom, clearly a lot of thought and care has gone into it. There was a double bed and a sofa bed. Great rain shower with lots of pressure, two sinks etc. Little details that you just don’t get in other hotels such as actually providing wash cloths. The room wasn’t huge but it was absolutely fine and to be honest it didn’t matter because of everything else available. Downstairs is a kitchenette with plenty of appliances to make dinner, and games room with table football, piano, guitar, arcade machine and lots of books and board games. Enough space and fun to keep everyone entertained. Outside is the pool which is a great size, and kept very clean. There are lots of loungers and tables to sit at, plenty of shade where needed which was great in the heatwave for our kids, and again lots of toys for use in the pool. Pool towels provided. Breakfast was lovely - croissants, melon, bread, cheese, conserves and even some delicious brownies. Highchair and baby plates provided for our little one. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back and stay again and I would strongly recommend going here over a big chain hotel. It was perfect for us as a stopover on the way back to England.

Die Unterkunft La petite Salamandre bleue mit Gartenblick befindet sich in La Croisille-sur-Briance, 46 km von Golfplatz Limoges und 48 km von Limoges Town Hall entfernt. Die sehr schöne Unterkunft hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen! Das Zimmer ist geräumig, absolut ruhig gelegen mit großem separatem Badezimmer. Sehr gute Matratzen, alles picobello sauber! Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich, humorvoll und hilfsbereit. Sie hatte einen sehr guten Tip für ein Diner und hat für uns sogar telefonisch reserviert. Zudem konnte sie uns sofort eine gute Autowerkstatt in der Nähe nennen, wo unser Problem in Kürze behoben werden konnte. Die große Hündin Tosca ist sehr liebenswert. Das Frühstück mit einer Auswahl origineller Marmeladen zum Toastbrot samt Joghurt und Kaffee war genau das Richtige und Schmackhafte für uns. Der Preis für das Wohlfühlambiente war unglaublich günstig. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht dort, auf der Rückreise von der Atlantikküste. Die Umgebung von La Croisille sur Briance ist wunderschön und in unserem nächsten Frankreichurlaub wollen wir gerne ein paar Tage länger in der Region verbringen. Wie schön, dass es so authentische und ehrliche Menschen in urigen wie originellen Häusern gibt. Danke!

Great value and a wonderful experience. Clean Spacious rooms, in an old historic building full of art antiques and interesting interior designer touches. The owners obviously have a passion for their space. Free breakfast was a simple bonus I had not counted on. Value here is worth the price!

Our hosts were delightful and so welcoming. Our room and terrace, despite the rain was perfect and beautifully & lovingly restored as was the rest of the chateau over many years. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious and they welcomed our dog as long as she was leashed at all times naturally, as not to disturb the resident cats and pony’s.
