This bed and breakfast is non-smoking and soundproof. The location was very convenient for my purpose. Very cozy and quiet. The couple that rent the room were absolutely lovely and so accommodating. The view along the Seine River was beautiful! You can even see the Eiffel Tower in the distance! Every morning and evening we spent time on the patio enjoying the nature surrounding us. The house is a short walk to the metro which allowed us to easily get to Paris. Before booking, we were a little afraid of the location being near a not so good part of town, but we didn't need to worry, it was a safe area and we felt comfortable the whole time. There's a delicious and inexpensive Boulangerie right down the street that we loved and a Pizzaria that we didn't get a chance to try. The rooms are spacious and the common room has everything you need! Our hosts were so kind. They even cooked us a traditional Chicken dinner that was exactly what we needed after a long day of visiting the Palace of Versailles. We highly recommend this quaint house and would love to visit again when we travel to France.
