The charming village was voted 7th ‘most desirable in the country’ by Country Life Magazine. Guests can try fly-fishing on the River Coln, which is a 5-minute walk away, whilst Cirencester is a 10-minute drive away. The village of Bibury is just 5 minutes by car. This is a great little spot. My room was comfortable and charming and overlooked the lovely homes across the street. I had dinner breakfast and lunch and all three were great. The village is tiny and quiet and has some charming buildings. I learned from visiting the church nearby that the New Inn has historical Significance as a center of social and civic life.

The Fox’s 4 luxury river mews rooms boast Cotswold stone walls and wooden beams, with traditional pub rooms also available. All rooms feature a TV, private bathroom and fishing rights for a private area of the river, with expert lessons also available. The staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. The food was delicious too and the pub is set in a lovely quiet location (although a car is a must). The room was lovely and clean. We had a wonderful stay and I would not hesitate to return.

The Crown Inn is a beautiful building dating from 1633. Surrounded by Gloucestershire countryside, you can enjoy excellent views across the Golden Valley. Spacious and quiet room, generous bathroom, comfortable bed, good breakfast, pleasant vintage pub atmosphere, nice terrace view, amiable staff.

The view from the room was superb looking over the rolling countryside.

This recently renovated bed and breakfast is located 31 km from Cotswold Water Park and 48 km from Lydiard Park. The bed and breakfast features family rooms. Stable Lodge is welcoming, beautiful and clean. The breakfast was rich and incredibly tasty. The location is convenient for both arriving and exploring the area. I would happily recommend this place.

WE BOOKED THIS SO WE COULD GO TO THE FARMERS DOG PUB. IT WAS JUST DOWN THE ROAD. SADLY WE WERE THERE WHEN IT WAS REALLY TERRIBLE STORM BUT WE MADE IT, WE CAME BACK TO THE ROOM AS THE ROADS WERE SO BAD WIT TREES DOW. THE BOOKING CONSISTED OF A LOVELY SITTING ROOM A SMALL KITCHEN/LANDING AREA BEDROOM AND BATHROOM. WE WERE GREATED BY TE HOST WHEN WE ARRIVED AND THEY WERE REALLY FRIENDLY.
