The staff at the Inn were very friendly and made it a welcoming environment on arrival. It was cosy, comfortable and well located (not too far from Dartmoor National Park) in a beautiful area . It was convenient to have access to the restaurant (worth booking a dinner reservation in advance as advised). Parking was readily available (paid lot across the road if you don’t want to park in the street). The complimentary breakfast was a nice addition. Our room was well represented by the photos.

We had the most fantastic meal, so many courses, such great flavours. The chef asked what sort of food we liked in advance and the meal was superb. We will be back. The staff team were attentive and very nice. We felt well looked after.

We were in the area visiting friends and stayed 2 nights in a cosy family room as a family of 3. The room overlooked the beautiful gardens, beds were all comfy, plenty of tea & coffee etc provided in the room. Kate & Nathan were more than welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. We ate at the Dartmoor Lodge restaurant for dinner 400m walk just up the road which we would recommend. Great location near to lots of different beaches. We will definitely be booking again next time we are in the area.

The units will provide guests with a wardrobe and a kettle. The location was amazing, in the middle of meadows with lovely animals. Peacocks were the best companions ever! Great breakfasts, clean and spacious room and bathroom with both bathtub and shower. Very peaceful place for people who seek for relax. The best stay of our whole journey.

Beautiful rooms, really nice people, there's even a real coffeemaschine in the room! Breakfast is brilliant and so is the lunchpack you can order. The pub nearby serves excellent food. It' s easy to get anywhere in Dartmoor (you do need a car).
