We visited Calm Sea Guesthosue with our young children and we had a wonderful stay. The room was beautifully clean, comfortable and included little extras such as sweets and games for the children and fresh milk in the fridge. Trish and Mel were beyond accommodating and lovely - they went above and beyond to make our time perfect. They even washed our son’s very sandy and wet coats for us, helped us with our bags, gave great recommendations and made delicious breakfast. Our children loved their chocolate waffles! The guesthouse is in a great spot, very close to the seafront and restaurants etc. Thank you so much, we hope to return in the future…

We had a lovely stay in a beautiful area, peaceful and quite. Breakfast was the best and Charlie showed us his evening routine on the farm. The room was clean and wel equipted. We hope to stay again with Copse Gate Farm in the future.

Absolutely fantastic stay in an old quiet village. Beautiful house, huge, warm and comfy room with amazing newly decorated bathroom. I loved the coutryside stylishness of it. There was a Nespresso coffe machine in the room as well as kettle and selection of teas. The breakfast was great cooked by the owner who is also a pro chef :) the conversations we had with her were an absolute highlight! I will definitely stay again

Lovely house, our room was so comfortable and spacious! Full English breakfast cooked when we got to the breakfast room in the morning with plenty of coffee/tea and juice. Location is excellent, only 5 minutes walk to city centre which is full of pubs and charming old buildings.
