The prestigious Almorah Hotel was built around 1841 and is a listed building of great importance. It is situated in an elevated position above the town of St Helier with magnificent views over the town and its interesting harbour filled with a mixture of fishing boats and private yachts. Amazing staff,so friendly, nothing to much trouble,wonderful food and breakfasts, spotlessly clean,brilliant views over jersey

Overlooking Bouley Bay, this 4-star guesthouse with an outdoor swimming pool occupies an countryside setting in Trinity. Originally built 200 years ago, the guesthouse maintains some original features. A very peaceful and quiet location. The junior suite that we had was in excellent condition, well equipped and comfortable. There was a bus service that came past the hotel but it wasn’t very frequent so we would advise using a car. A continental breakfast pack was supplied for the first day but was sufficiently generous to last two days. An excellent M&S food shop is ten minutes drive away in St Johns, along with a restaurant/pub. The local village has another pub and small village shop.

Each room has a TV, wardrobe, seating area and tea and coffee facilities. All rooms have an en suite shower with toiletries provided. The Thalatta Guest House was a welcoming place to stay. The rooms were comfortable, and the owner was very kind. She served the breakfast herself with patient humor for two travelers who were just starting out on their next big adventure. We even came back to stay one more night at the end of our adventure.

The guest house, set in a building dating from 19th century, is 6.5 km from Jersey Zoo and 700 metres from Jersey Public Library. The guest house has family rooms. That was a lovley place to stay. The owner Gloria was very nice. Everything was extremly clean, even my towels were changed every day, that i wasn't expected. Also in a room was a ketle, tea, coffee and cream. And very nice to have a breakfast in the morning too!

Some of the hotel’s rooms have a private patio and sea view. Third visit and the room was the biggest yet (room 1) Breakfast was always a hard choice as everything was so good. Same for dinner menu, we eat in twice and thoroughly enjoyed our meals.
