First of all it’s so close so you don’t have to climb the never ending stairs to get to it. You literally just get from the ferry, walk 40 seconds and enter the hotel. The room was very clean and comfy, I liked everything about it, the shower, the bed, pillows. Everything. The staff was amazing. The breakfast was in the restaurant downstairs and it was delicious.

With respect to the local architecture, the stone-built Nereids Guesthouse enjoys views of the Saronic Gulf and Hydra Town from its furnished terraces. It consists of elegantly decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi. Gorgeous, spacious room in best part of Hydra with lovely view. Warmly received by Costa. An altogether great experience.

There's a roof top seating that can view the town with 360° Yiannis is so kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

Ingredients including jam, honey, juice and biscuits are also provided so that guests can prepare their breakfast themselves. Very good location, almost near the harbor. Unobtrusive, but caring service with respect for the guest. Everything promised was available and even more: greek honey and other goodies.

Originally a wealthy sea captain’s mansion built in 1810, the Hotel Miranda is a fine example of characteristic local architecture. It is located 250 metres from the port and 500 metres from Ydra’s main beach. The location was great, in the middle of everything but quiet at the same time. The staff was so helpful and their recommendations were perfect.

The location is very good, it’s near the port but a bit inside so it creates a sense of serenity surrounded by beautiful architecture and nature . We had a spacious room which gives breathtaking view over part of the island. Nikos and Mrs Jenny were very nice, helpful and professional! We were impressed of their high level of professional behaviour and care they showed not only to us but to all of their guests. The breakfast was amazing and everyday we had something different to taste and always explained in detailed by Mrs Jenny. Lastly, the hotel’s design is amazing.

Set in a historic building in the heart of Hydra, Angelica Traditional Boutique Hotel boasts charming accommodations with spa baths or jet showers, and offers a courtyard with a mini pool, hot tub and sauna. Very comfortable room. Great friendly and very helpful reception and service. Great breakfast. I also liked that it was a little bit away from the busy port so it was so quiet. We had a lovely balcony with sun chairs and a little table and chairs outside.
