This isn’t really a hotel per se. It appears to be a residential building with 4 private hotel rooms inside and they are super secure and super quiet. Keyboard entry and welcome drinks. Such amazing hospitality!

Host was amazing and it was waking distance to heart of Split. It was very clean and brand new renovation as well just opened so felt like we were first people there. Everything was top notch.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the city centre, with shops, bakeries, and restaurants close by. Having a private parking spot right in front of the building was also a big plus. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Rooms were nice, AC was already on and it was much appreciated since it was close to 40°C that day. Very modern with everything that we needed, super comfy soft bed. And most importantly super welcoming and accommodating.owner and staff. We got locked out and he was there in a minute, I had a question about the ferry and the front desk staff was super helpful and placed a call on my behalf. We already checked out but my boys wanted to watch a soccer game so the owner asked the coffee staff to set it up for us to watch. As a rental owner myself, I really do appreciate the attentiveness.
