This isn’t really a hotel per se. It appears to be a residential building with 4 private hotel rooms inside and they are super secure and super quiet. Keyboard entry and welcome drinks. Such amazing hospitality!

On top of that, Dino surprised us with a voucher for a delicious breakfast at a stunning spot right on the boulevard – the perfect start to each day. The price–quality ratio is truly remarkable, and the warm hospitality made us feel completely at home. We couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay in Split – highly recommended!

We are very sceptic of propoerties, but this one delivered. Hotel like luxe and the comfort of having a balcony, fridge, coffee machine. the bathroom robes are an added bonus Gorgeous interior. good bathroom Great AC. a cute balcony although not much to the view. walking distance to the old town. To the bus stand and to a bus stop. All shops and chemists are literally next door. Beds are super comfy and very clean. Ana was very helpful too. We arrived post midnight and the check in is smooth and automatic.
